My review is coming from the other side of using Renovation Realty. I bought a house that was listed by Renovation Realty. They put $200,000 worth of renovations into this house. It has beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen, new flooring, new carpets, new paint, and the whole shebang. They do a really nice job with their renovations and it is the reason we bought this house. It looks so good! The reason I am writing this review is because of the follow-up work that they have done for us. Renovation Realty has a 1-year warranty on workmanship. He had an electrician out the next day to connect the light. I mentioned that a couple of the bedroom doors were scraping on the new carpet that was installed. Griffin had someone come over a couple of days later to shave down the doors. One of the shower doors needed to be adjusted because the glass was making a noise when opening and shutting it. Griffin had someone come out the next day to adjust it. I have never dealt with a company or contractor who has been so responsive and actually follows through. Just to be clear, they will only come and fix things that they have worked on. They do not charge for these fixes. Do not hesitate to buy a house from Renovation Realty. They will take good care of you so you can have peace of mind when buying from them.
